Right of withdrawal & returns

Voluntary 30-day returns

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, you may return items within 30 days of receipt provided they are undamaged – just like in our Etsy shop. Please contact us first. You bear the return shipping costs. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to the consumer's individual choice or clearly tailored to their personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB) – in particular items with your photo, name or text.

Withdrawal policy (non-personalised items)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Plumbohm, Cookie Prints Co., Auf der Höhe 10, 75181 Pforzheim, email: cookieprintsco@icloud.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back. You must send back the goods within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
