Terms and conditions

This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed in this online shop between Michael Plumbohm, Cookie Prints Co., Auf der Höhe 10, 75181 Pforzheim ("we") and the customer. The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

Product presentations are not binding offers. By clicking "Place binding order" you submit a binding offer. The automatic acknowledgement is not an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods, at the latest with the payment request. You can review and correct your input before submitting. We store the contract text; you receive the order data by email.

§ 3 Personalised products

Many products are made to your specifications (text, photo, colour). You are responsible for the accuracy of your input and confirm that you own the rights to uploaded photos. The 3D preview is a non-binding visualisation; deviations caused by FDM 3D printing are not defects. We do not print unlawful content.

§ 4 Prices and shipping

No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG (small business regulation). Shipping costs apply as per Shipping & payment.

§ 5 Payment

PayPal and bank transfer (prepayment), possibly credit card. With prepayment, production starts after receipt of payment.

§ 6 Delivery

We ship within Germany only. Delivery times are stated per product.

§ 7 Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as per the withdrawal policy. It does not apply to goods made to customer specifications (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). In addition we voluntarily offer 30-day returns for undamaged items.

§ 9 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 10 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.

§ 11 Car accessories

Car parts (e.g. emblems, grille letters) are accessories without type approval. Fitting is at your own responsibility. We are not affiliated with Fiat, Abarth or Stellantis.

§ 12 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the CISG; mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
